Last night Mila thought there was a "Biiiig Bug" in her room. (pretty sure it was a raisin) She was so scared so she got in bed with us. We put her to bed in footie jammies but she finds a way every night to work her way into a party dress and tights. (duh) Mila and I woke up with Aaron at 5am and Mila (all girlied up in her party dress at 5 am) Points to a picture of McKinley on Aaron's desk and yelled,
" I want to hike mountain with you daddy!"
I thought he would die. Aaron Loves climbing and hiking and he wants us all to do it with him. He always thinks I am ruining her with all of the dress up and tea parties. (mama don't raise no fool!) Hearing her express herself so clearly was beautiful to us also because of the speech and hearing challenges she has faced. We Love our kids so much, and it is those moments when you see their personalities, desires and the things that set them apart. Don't you feel so blessed to know your kids?
